Medical-grade non-toxic PVC compound

Self-made non-toxic medical-grade PVC compound with our own formulations, using the best raw materials; formulations according to customer specifications (gamma-ray resistant, Dehp-free, special VHMW ‘silicone-replacement’ USP Class VI); anti-UV formulations.

The result is a cured product with extremely tight tolerances that finds application in: catheters, infusion, dialysis, ECC and supply of medical gases. Developed in full accordance with the customer’s requests: the color and finish can be opaque, glossy or rough, while the dimensions and tolerances are modeled on the specific requests.

Single lumen and multi-lumen tubes

Single lumen and multi-lumen tubes with a diameter starting from a few tenths of a millimeter, easily separable coupled tubes (twin tubes) and packaging solutions with cut to measure, ordered packaging, pre-cutting, wrapping on different types of support on user request.

Mini tubes

Mini tubes, commonly used for minimally invasive surgery and for diagnostics customized to the specific requests of the customer, with dimensions starting from a few tenths of a millimeter.

Spiral smoothbore pipes

Spiral smoothbore pipes with rigid or semi-rigid spiral, starting from an internal diameter of 8 mm, also in combination of different polymers, with insert inside the spiral. These products are used in non-invasive ventilation and aspiration wherever tubing is required that does not squeeze in the presence of a vacuum.

Co-extrusion

Co-extrusion, a technique that allows us to offer effective solutions that find different applications in the medical field. Articles with radio-opaque or simply colored line, metal or textile inserts, coaxial extrusion of different materials are produced.
